This drama is not crack, throwing my emotions into upheaval like the way Secret Garden or Boys Over Flowers did in dangerous addiction. Honestly, I didn’t fall in love, at least not as hard as I did in Secret Garden.īut there is a gentle quietness to this drama that moves me. The house pool scene in this drama reminds me of that one in Secret Garden, where we fall in love with the drama as the hero falls in love with the heroine. I remember the exact scene in which I fell in love with Secret Garden, and it was when Joo Won was watching Ra Im laughing with her fellow actors at the action school during auditions for the rookies. It is that child, who grew up alone in that big house away from his family, standing there in the orchard as Eun Sang comes to comfort him. That child, rejected and longing for love, is what comes out to hope for his brother’s welcome, approval, and love.
